By providing an address for delivery, you agree that anyone over the age of 18 present at the given address and receiving your ordered items will be considered authorised. If you provide inaccurate or outdated information, Hunchy Hills Distillery cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address. We may consider any delivery instructions provided, but we are not obligated to follow or be responsible for them. 

15. Ownership and Risk - Once the goods have been paid for and dispatched in good condition, ownership transfers to you, and you assume all risks associated with the goods.
    

16. Dispatch and Delivery Times - Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated on the Website. Standard shipping generally takes 2 to 8 business days for metropolitan areas, while express shipping typically takes 1 to 4 business days.  Refunds & Cancellations

19. Faulty or Damaged Products - Refunds, replacements, credit notes, and returns are available solely for faulty or damaged products at the discretion of Hunchy Hills Distillery. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery and may require evidence of fault or damage. Accepted returns may qualify for free return shipping, and refunds will be processed after the product is confirmed as faulty or damaged.
    

20. Change of Mind - Refunds for change of mind are available within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unopened, in original condition, and postage costs are your responsibility.
    

21. Refund Approval - Approved refunds will be processed back to the original Payment Method used for the purchase within 10 business days. Rejected refunds will require you to bear return postage costs.
